About PepsiCo Pakistan
We’re using our global scale and reach to spark joy and create more smiles across Pakistan
Global Leader in Convenient Foods and Beverages
We’re using our global scale and reach to spark joy and create more smiles in Pakistan.
PepsiCo has been in Pakistan since initiating operations in 1967. As the leading beverages and food company in the country, we are committed to bringing smiles with every sip and every bite to our consumers with our iconic brands and products that are a part of the everyday lives of millions.
We are one of the first multinational companies established in Pakistan and have retained a strong commitment to the country’s people, economy, and communities. Our dedicated work has developed the Pakistan business into one of the top ten global markets for PepsiCo. We contribute significantly to Pakistan’s annual GDP and tax revenues, and our investments have steadily grown in the last five years in the local economy.
We play a significant role in the economy of Pakistan with two snack manufacturing plants in Sundar and Multan, one concentrate plant in Hattar, 15 individual bottling partners, and 20,000+ acres of farmland covered through our Regenerative Agriculture efforts. We have one of the highest household penetration of any consumer packaged goods company in Pakistan and more than 700,000 retailers earn their livelihoods through the power of our brands, creating a collaborative network of economic empowerment and retail excellence.
As one of the most progressive employers in the country, we have more than 1,500 permanent employees and presently stand at 47% gender parity in senior leadership roles and 31% for managerial roles. We are also proud of the 27% female representation in our frontline roles, which is an industry benchmark. We promote diversity across gender, age, and religion in our operations and our empowerment agenda also extends to the communities we work with and in.
Together with our associates and partners, we continue to create value for Pakistan and for all our consumers.
