PepsiCo Management Trainee program

At PepsiCo Pakistan, we are invested in providing exciting and holistic career progression and talent development opportunities to the high-achieving youth of the country. Through our Management Trainee program, we seek to develop and empower the next generation of professional leaders. We are providing a world-class platform for fresh perspectives and new ideas from proactive and resilient young graduates who want to make their mark while doing good for people and the planet.

The rigorous 18-month-long program is highly competitive and selected management trainees will work in functions including Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Agriculture, Corporate Affairs, and Franchises. This has been planned strategically to give the trainees a holistic view and understanding of various business functions. The management trainees will have a unique opportunity to learn from and be mentored by PepsiCo leadership, senior managers, and other seasoned associates as they partake in business-critical projects.

Roshan Kal: Nationwide inclusive movement to upskill the youth of Pakistan

In Pakistan, where 60% of the country’s population falls under the age of 30, youth development and mentorship is critically overlooked due to the lack of development and employment opportunities.

We launched the Roshan Kal Youth Internship Program earlier in 2020 during the peak of Covid-19, with 1000+ student internships covering 50% gender diversity and outreach among 150+ universities in 207 cities across Pakistan.

In 2023, we launched Roshan Kal program with a larger vision to maximize program impacts via a coalition approach involving 18 integral partners to create unique learning opportunities for students nationwide. Roshan Kal is a nationwide inclusive movement to unlock the potential of youth and provide them experiential learning opportunities through internships, skill-building programs and mentorship.
