PepsiCo Pakistan is on its way to achieve the Alliance for Water Stewardship (Global Standard) certification for the company’s snacks manufacturing plant in Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore. Attainment of the AWS standard would enable us to position the business as one of the leaders in sustainable practices within the Pakistani manufacturing landscape. It would also enable Sundar Plant to be the first site within PepsiCo globally to achieve this Standard Certification.
PepsiCo's commitment to water usage reduction in manufacturing practices, replenishing water outside our boundaries and attaining AWS certification will mark a significant stride towards PepsiCo Pakistan becoming net water positive by 2030.
