Male Champions of Change
Formerly named Male Champions of Change, is an allyship program that supports senior male leaders to drive the inclusion and collaboration agenda at PepsiCo. Along with the CEO of PepsiCo Pakistan, ten cross-functional senior male leaders put a special focus on reducing barriers and challenges for gender diversity. The aim is to strengthen inclusion awareness across the board, multiply the number of male allies of gender diversity at the workplace and drive engagement and retention of women employees.
PepsiCo Pakistan is also part of the Australian Champions of Change platform which helps benchmark and share industry best practices on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Investing in our communities
PepsiCo is focused on providing skills training and support services that help women increase their professional expertise and achieve economic independence. This work is beneficial to women workers in the larger operations network, beyond office jobs. By working with women in underserved communities through our different initiatives, we are changing the way women’s work and labor are valued. The ripple effect from this is changing families and breaking gender stereotypes.

PepsiCo Pakistan through its dynamic "Rural Wonder Women Program" has taken steps to enhance rural women's access to entrepreneurial opportunities. The program empowers them with comprehensive learning tools and skills to lead profitable sales businesses.

Breaking barriers for women in agriculture
Women are the backbone of Pakistan's agriculture sector. 60% of women are involved in pre harvest activities, which include sowing of seed, watering and caring for crops. 76% of women are actively engaged in post-harvest activities that span from picking, binding, threshing and storage.
